OverviewUSA Badge, owned by DIGITIZING LLC, manufactures premium custom badges tailored to your designs. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions. These terms govern all transactions and communications and are designed to protect both your rights as a customer and our obligations as a supplier.2. Product OfferingWe currently manufacture the following products:Printed Badges – Minimum Order: 25 pieces per designEmbroidered Badges – Minimum Order: 25 pieces per designWoven Badges – Minimum Order: 100 pieces per designEach design is treated as a separate order with its own setup and production process. MOQ applies per design.3. Order &amp; Approval ProcessArtwork Submission: Upload your logo or design file when placing an order. If you don’t have production-ready artwork, we’ll convert your rough sketch or concept into usable artwork free of charge.Mockup Creation: You will receive a digital mockup of your badge via your online customer dashboard.Production Sample: Once you approve the mockup, we’ll create a real sample and upload a high-resolution photo to your dashboard.Final Approval: You must approve the production sample within your dashboard. This is your final sign-off before mass production.⚠️Approval is binding. Once you approve the sample online, the design is locked, and full production begins. No changes or cancellations are allowed after this point.4. Pricing &amp; PaymentAt the time of ordering, you will be offered three payment options:Option 1: Pay in Full at CheckoutAdd your badge order to your cart and complete payment in full. This is the quickest method and is recommended for customers confident in their design and badge type.Option 2: Production Sample OnlyYou may choose to pay only for the production sample initially. A high-resolution photo of the sample will be uploaded to your dashboard.&nbsp;Full payment for production will be required after sample approval before we proceed.Option 3: Physical Sample with PostageYou may request the physical sample to be shipped to you for review. This requires payment for both the sample and postage upfront.&nbsp;Once you approve the physical sample, full payment for the rest of the order must be made before production.5. Cancellations &amp; RefundsBefore Sample Approval: You may cancel your order. If payment has been made, we’ll refund your total minus sample creation costs and any postage already incurred.After Sample Approval: No cancellations or refunds will be accepted.This policy protects us from misuse (e.g., approving samples and canceling production to obtain a few items for minimal cost).6. Quality &amp; ResponsibilityThe final badges will match the sample photo you approved.If there is a manufacturing defect or the final product does not reflect the approved sample, we will investigate and remake the order at no extra charge if our team is at fault.Application Disclaimer: We are not liable for issues caused during application (e.g., incorrect heat press settings, incompatible surfaces, adhesive failure). Customers are responsible for proper use and testing of badges on their intended materials.7. Shipping &amp; DutiesProduction time is typically 10–14 business days from sample approval. Woven badges may take up to 1 week longer.Rush orders are available. Please contact us for availability and pricing.USA customers: We cover all import duties and customs charges—you will not face any additional fees at delivery.8. Intellectual PropertyYou confirm that you have full rights to any artwork submitted to us. You agree not to submit logos, trademarks, or designs you do not have permission to reproduce.We may decline to process any design that appears to violate intellectual property laws.We reserve the right to display photos of the badges we create in our online or offline marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.9. Limitation of LiabilityOur liability is strictly limited to the cost of the goods ordered.
