USA Badge began with a single passion: embroidery. What started as a small embroidery and digitizing service quickly grew into one of the most trusted names in the industry, with tens of thousands of designs created and samples crafted for thousands of customers worldwide.
But the real turning point? It came from one of our own customers.
One of our largest clients loved our digitizing work but was always disappointed with the patches he sourced from China. The quality didn’t match, and more often than not, our digitizing was wrongly blamed for the poor stitching and inconsistent results.
Tired of excuses, we decided to prove a point.
We created a few sample patches ourselves and the difference in quality was instantly clear. That same client looked at the samples and said, “Why don’t you just make the patches too?” And that’s exactly what we did.
Driven by our obsession with quality and our founder’s personal love for collecting and studying patches, we moved into patch manufacturing with a simple goal:
To create patches that look as good in real life as the artwork promises.
Today, we produce embroidered, woven, printed, bullion, and raised silicone patches with trusted partners in the UK and India ensuring better quality, faster turnaround, and no compromise on consistency.
