Some of these partners are located outside the United States, including in India. Production partners receive design files and order specifications but not your contact or payment details except where delivery requires it. All partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Payment processors. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. These providers handle your card information under their own privacy policies; we receive only transaction metadata (amount, reference, confirmation status).
Professional advisors. We may share information with our accountants, auditors, and legal advisors, all of whom are bound by professional confidentiality obligations.
Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Digitizing LLC, our customers, or others.
