            We collect information that you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use our site, and information from third parties where relevant.

            •       Artwork, design files, and product specifications

            •       Order history and customer service correspondence

            •       Account login details, if you create an account

            •       Pages visited, referring URLs, and time spent on our site

            Service providers and production partners. We share the minimum information needed to fulfill your order with trusted partners, including digitizing specialists, production facilities, printers, and shipping carriers. Some of these partners are located outside the United States, including in India. Production partners receive design files and order specifications but not your contact or payment details except where delivery requires it. All partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.

            Payment processors. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. These providers handle your card information under their own privacy policies; we receive only transaction metadata (amount, reference, confirmation status).

            Professional advisors. We may share information with our accountants, auditors, and legal advisors, all of whom are bound by professional confidentiality obligations.

            Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Digitizing LLC, our customers, or others.

            Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


            5. How Long We Keep Your Information


            We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

            •       Order and transaction records: 7 years, to comply with US tax and accounting requirements

            •       Customer account data: for as long as your account remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward

            •       Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion

            •       Website analytics data: typically 14 months or less

            •       Customer service correspondence: up to 3 years after the last contact

            When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
