By fusing high-frequency 3D molding with ultraviolet-cured printing, we can achieve levels of detail—like fur textures, muscle definition, and sharp fangs—that traditional molded rubber simply cannot touch. The 250-Piece "Sweet Spot"
We’ve structured our pricing to make this high-end technology accessible for your production runs:

• Small Runs (100 pcs): Approximately £2.00 per badge (based on a 6cm size).
• The Sweet Spot (250 pcs): The price drops to just over £1.00 per patch. By hitting the 250-piece mark, you effectively double your inventory for nearly the same overall investment.

Our Two-Step Approval Process
Because HD UV TPU is a highly technical product, we use a two-stage process to ensure your final order is exactly what you expect before full production begins.
Step 1: Digital Mock-up Approval (FREE) We create a detailed digital representation of your design so you can verify colors and layout. Note: Because our software determines the final 3D elevations during the physical molding process, this digital mock-up serves as a 2D visual guide.

Step 2: Production Sample Photo (£40.00 + VAT) Once the digital mock-up is approved, we move to physical sampling. Our software maps the 3D elevations to ensure the best structural result for your artwork. We produce one physical badge and send you high-resolution photographs for your final sign-off.

Why a sampling fee? The £40.00 covers the specialised 3D software mapping and physical machine setup required to engineer this high-spec product.
