Backing

In this case, there is no backings used on the backside of the badges.

No Backing

Also known as iron-on, heat seal allows badge application to a garment using an industrial heat press or a home iron. Heat seal backing adds stiffness. Heat seal badges will not adhere to water repellent fabrics and are not suitable for fine nylons due to a heat in excess of 180 degrees. Always test your application and follow our heat seal guide for reference.

<li><strong>Design Mockup</strong>: A free computer-generated design mockup for initial approval, including price breakdowns across different quantities.</li>
<li><strong>Sample Confirmation</strong>: Post-payment confirmation via a photo of the sample label or an option for a physical sample sent in the post for complete satisfaction. Sample scan normally takes 6 days and production up to a further 12 days.</li>
